RUMMAGE SALE:  The annual rummage sale will be Saturday, August 1, 2026, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.  We have two weeks left to bring all of our goodies in for this sale.  

If you are able to help in any way with set-up on Wednesday thru Friday (29th – 31st), or with take-down (after the sale on Saturday, 8/1), being available that day to help, etc., please sign up on the sheet on the kiosk.

Will someone please take some photos of the sale so that I can use them in our advertising next year instead of using generic pics from the web?  I’d be ever so grateful! Just send them to the church email celc2calvary@gmail.com and I’ll store them with other photos until next year’s sale.  Thank you!

CHRIST IN OUR HOME:  The July–September devotional is now available on the table in the entry area.

SCHOOL KITS IMMEDIATE NEED:  Scissors (blunt safety scissors) are needed for school kits. Please put in the appropriate basket on the table in the entry area.  Watch for sales on these!

VACATION:  Pastor Max will be on vacation this week!  In the event of an emergency, she will be available by phone.

PREPARE FOR A CELEBRATION:  Mark your calendar for September 27, 2026, when we will celebrate with a special service for Calvary’s 75th anniversary.  Invite former members or neighbors to join in.  Plans are being made for an exciting morning, a pot luck meal featuring 1950s cuisine, lots of music, guests, and activities.
