Gideon’s:  Today, the Gideon’s are joining us to share about their ministry endeavors.  This group involves local individuals and is represented by Tim Thuemling.

Food for Kidz:  It’s almost here!  On October 11th, the High School is the place to be.  Sign up to work at packaging meals; it is an activity for all ages.  If you can bake cookies, sign up and bring them to church by Friday morning.

Scandinavian Bake & Craft Sale: This will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 8:30am to 1pm.  Work the event, bake and create items to sell, help set up on Friday, come and purchase goodies.  Sign-up is on the kiosk.  Our women support many local needs with the profits.

Fall Conference Gathering will be held on October 19th at 1 pm here at Calvary.  Pastors and leaders from the seven conference congregations are coming together to learn about what is going on in our Synod and to hear about congregational activities.

Check your Mail Slots:  October Chimes and Home Touch documents have been distributed to mail slots.

GRANDPARENT’S DAY:  Make sure you receive your booklet and prayer card.  Inside are many ideas for interacting between the generations, prayers and suggestion, and help for reflecting on that special relationship.  Celebrate being a grandparent by blood or by choice.
