Members and friends of Calvary can help with a variety of ministries and programs that serve neighbors both here and abroad.

Caritas-Minocqua - distributes funds to those in urgent and immediate need of assistance. Both funds and volunteers are needed to provide the needed assistance.

Community Table - Everyone is welcome at "Tom's Community Table," a free community meal, served by a variety of congregations and civic organizations, at Saint Mathias Church in Minocqua on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm. Calvary joins with Ascension Lutheran to prepare and serve the meal every March, July and November (a Thanksgiving dinner). Cooks and helpers are needed for every meal.

Food for Kidz - Calvary sponsors a table at the Food for Kidz event held just about every year at Lakeland Union High School. Along with hundreds of volunteers from the community up to 250,000 meals are packed and readied for shipment to food pantries, backpack programs and relief agencies. ~>

It is a not-for-profit, non-denominational, faith-based organization with a track record of more than 130 years of extraordinary service to seniors and those in need of short-term rehabilitation services. Lutheran congregations provide support and representatives to their annual meeting.
